The 30% deposit wil confirm the reservation. The remaining amount wil have to be paid at the latest one month before the begining of the renting.
The sheets and towels are not provided.
The renting begins on the saturday, between 3.00 an 6.00 p.m. The 500 € garantee (in cash) will be settled at that moment.
The premises are to be left on the saturday, at 10.00 a.m., at the latest.
The cleaning services are invoiced at 75 € and have to be asked 4 days before the departure, at latest.
Cleaning required by unacceptable state will be invoiced at 100 € min., depending on the situation and will be deducted from the garantee(non-contractual conditions)
Pets are not allowed.
