The 60 m² living-room is furnished with taste and is equipped with a hi-fi set, a TV with satellite reception, a DVD player.
8 people can sit comfortably at the long table. And books are there at their disposal. If the days get chillier a wood fire can be lit. Two more people can be accepted if necessary.

The kitchen is fully equipped: induction cooker, washing-machine, micro-wave & traditional oven, American fridge, and other labour-saving devices...

A shower, a bath an double washbasin can be found in the bathroom.

The 3 bedrooms can accommodate 6 people.

There are too a separate WC and a small storeroom.

In summer, the ceiling fans will keep all the rooms cool. The oil central heating produces hot water all year round and heats when the weather is colder.
